1: We retain the right to modify these rules when we see fit as the game progresses. It is up to you to read the rules and visit the website with enough regularity to keep up with the updates.
2: We regularly "clean" the bank. If you see something in there you want we suggest you send an officer an in game mail noting your interest and the item. Otherwise we will probably sell/salvage the item before you ask us about it.
3: Anyone found asking different officers for items in an attempt to raid the bank of multiple items in a short time without returning of like value to the bank OR to circumvent a denial of a request will be noted and possibly kicked at leadership discretion.
4: Requesting items and reselling or tossing them into the Mystic Forge is NOT acceptable. This will be noted and will possibly result in you being kicked at leadership discretion. Requesting or removing items is for characters USE only.
5: DO NOT spam guild chat requesting items from the guild bank. Contact an officer through personal chat or private mail systems ONLY. Most of us are busy playing just like the rest of you and cannot instantly reply to you in guild chat! You can find an active officer and current list of officers in game or on the website by checking the guild roster.
Donations are appreciated. Donating items is very helpful to the guild as it supports other members. Additionally, we can use the gold and resources you donate towards building up our guild hall and guild upgrades come Heart of Thorns. However, please do not donate trash to the guild bank.
Money: Please deposit any donations into the Deep Cave (third page) or if it is full use the Treasure Trove (second page). Any gold deposited into the Guild Stash (first page) is unsecured and thus no money should ever be donated into the first page.
All forms of coin are GREATLY appreciated and will help immensely in building up our guild hall, filling it with decorations, and allowing us to provide prizes for our guild events.
Armor and Weapons: Please do not donate any items below lvl 45. Please donate items of RARE (yellow) quality OR higher only at this time. Lesser items will be sold/salvaged. Crafted items of RARE or higher quality will be accepted. Lesser items will be sold/salvaged.
Containers: Only donate bags or containers of 10 SLOTS or higher at this time.
Sigils, Runes & Upgrades: Only donate sigils, runes and medallions of SUPERIOR quality at this time. (feel free to sell the lesser ones and donate the money to the bank)
Crafting Materials: All crafting materials will be accepted at this time.
Dyes: All dyes will be accepted at this time.
Misc: Use overall good judgment when depositing odd or trinket items in the guild bank. If you cannot decide if it is something that should be deposited, deposit it anyway and it will get sorted out by the officers at a later time.

As part of our guild banking, we have a secondary bank as part of a guild that only the officers and guild leaders belong to. NOTE: these are still guild funds to be used for guild upgrades, guild decorations, and prizes for guild events. This is not just an officer's personal dumping ground of resources. Anything in this bank should be considered as part of the normal guild bank except for these items are not available for members to request to withdraw.
Screenshots of the contents of this bank will be posted in the post below this as updates are needed. The goal of these screenshots is transparency to our members of our current holdings.
Purpose of The Kabal Officers Guild Bank
1: Hold overflow gold from the normal guild bank. Each tab in the guild bank can only hold 1000 gold before it is full, so gold will be occasionally moved from the usual guild bank to the Kabal Officers guild bank so that people can continue to make donations.
2: Hold crafting materials to be used in making guild upgrades and decorations.
3: Hold extremely valuable items that are being held to be used or sold at a later date. These are items (usually skins) that have been generously donated to the guild, but are not normal items that we would let members have if they asked for them. They may be used as prizes for future events, or be held as investments to sell at a later date for guild funds.
Donations to the Kabal Officers Guild Bank
Any gold donations can follow the normal donation rules for the guild bank. Officers will occasionally move gold from the normal guild bank into the Kabal Officers guild bank when needed. Any crafting material donations can be put into the normal guild bank, and will be moved by an officer as we see fit and think the resources will be useful for guild upgrades and guild hall decorations.

With GW2 Expansion 2 Path of Fire around the corner we are once again looking for gold and material donations in preparation for new guild hall upgrades. In the last expansion all of the donations from guildies like you were able to push the guild hall forward and continue getting guild upgrades week after week until we had them all. Lets see if we can do that again this expansion. We don't have definite details on what any new upgrades will entail yet but with a new guild hall coming and them dropping upgrades in small things like LW chapters and events i'm sure there are a good amount of them coming.
All donated gold and materials goes 100% towards furthering the guild. Donations will be used for guild upgrades, building more guild decorations once all the upgrades are finished, and potentially prizes for events in the future. Every little bit helps, even if you might not think its useful for upgrades. Even if a material ends up not being needed it will end up being used for decorations or at worst sold to the TP to fund one of those two things if we run short on other materials or gold.
To donate materials to the guild just go to the guild bank and deposit them into the 2nd or 3rd bank tab. To donate gold, deposit it into the last bank tab. Guild bank access can be found in our guild hall near the waypoint, or any major city. If you want to donate but can't figure out where to put it, or are too lazy to do so (we've all been there), feel free to message me in game or just send an in game mail to me with a short message mentioning its a guild donation. I'll make sure it gets to the right place.
If the bank gets full, I will handle moving it to our officer guild bank overflow and update the screenshots in the post above.
